The Eiffel Tower, Monet, Renoir and more in one day

Hello, Friends!
On our recent trip to France, we spent one day and two nights in Paris. There’s so much to do/see/eat/drink that it’s tempting to rush about and try to do it all ~ or at least as much as you can. But we didn’t want to do that, we wanted a relaxing day in Paris. Is that possible? It helps that we’ve been there before, so we didn’t feel the need to go to the Louvre, Notre Dame or the other big-ticket places. Still, we managed to see art we’ve never seen before and see familiar parts of Paris in a different light. Here’s how we managed that:
We’re fortunate now to be able to visit Paris without the expense and hardship of a transatlantic flight, so I’m sure we’ll be back there again to visit old Parisian favorites and develop new favorites. For instance, I just discovered the address to La Maison de Whisky (House of Whisky) just behind the Place de la Concorde. Definitely have to check that out the next time we go.
And you? Any favorite places in Paris that you can recommend?
Thanks for reading!
Until next time ~
Cheers,
